Ingredients:
1 pound small curd cottage cheese
3 Tbs sour cream
3 eggs, beaten with pinch salt
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup Bisquick

Combine and beat til smooth

Grease cups in mini pan

Fill 3/4 full

Bake at 350F 20-25 minutes.

Freeze on cookie sheet and save in baggies

To serve, place on cookie sheet and bake at 400F 5-10 minutes or until
butter sizzles and puffs are golden.

 OPTIONS: ADD MICED SCALLIONS, DILL, SMOKED SALMON OR CRISP BACON
