Name: Italian Pepperoni Bread Serves: 2 sm.loaves Category: Appetizer Cuisine: Italian Source: AnnaD Ingredients: 2 lb.pkg .frozen Pizza Dough (let defrost) 2 Eggs 3/4 of Large Package Mozzerella (diced very small) Pepperoni (package of sliced and diced very small)Use as much as you like Melted butter Preheat oven to 350 Divide dough in half Roll out each piece of dough into a rectangle shape...Brush wilth melted butter... Beat 2 eggs and add cheese and pepperoni.. Spread mixture over dough leaving ends free to seal. Roll up "Jelly Roll Fashion" Make sure you seal tight. Lay on baking sheet with seal side down and well pinched together. Brush again with melted butter. Bake 350 for 50 minutes..... Let cool and slice... If made ahead.....Wrap in Reynolds Wrap and refrigerate or freeze...Bring to room temperature and warm in oven in the Reynolds Wrap.... Filling.....you can substitute...Sauteed onions, peppers, sausage, spinach, ricotta....anything you like....Just be sure to seal the dough real good by pinching it together.... Enjoy!!!!
