Ingredients:
8 oz pkg Whipped Cream Cheese, softened
2 cups Cheddar Cheese or Monterey Jack, shredded
1 pkg Chopped Frozen Spinach, thawed, drained well(squeezed)
1 8-10 oz jar medium hot Salsa

Mix all ingredients, place in ceramic serving dish and
bake 30 minutes at 350F.

Serve hot with tortilla chips

Options: Add chopped mushrooms. Use drained black beans in place of
spinach.
