Name: Mincemeat Phyllo Rolls Serves: makes 64 Category: Dessert Cuisine: Source: Anna Ingredients: 1 Jar Cross&Blackwell Mincemeat (with brandy and rum) 1 cup finely chopped unpeeled Granny Smith Apples 16 sheets phyllo dough 2 sticks unsalted butter, melted Powdered sugar In a bowl, combine the mincemeat and apples and mix together. Brush a phyllo sheet with butter, fold lengthwise and butter again. Cut sheet crosswise to make 4 rectangles. Dot each rectangle with 1 tsp mincemeat, fold in sides, then roll to seal. Place seam down on parchment paper on baking sheet. Brush with butter Repeat until all rolls are filled. Make 375F 11 to 15 minutes or until golden. Cool on rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
