Ingredients:

1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup cocoa
1 cup water

Bring to boil and remove from heat.

In mixing bowl, blend:

2 cups flour
2 cups sugar

Add: cocoa mixture.

Contiue beating while adding:
1/2 cup sour buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla

Pour into 15x10" sheet pan and bake at 400F 20 minutes

While cake is hot spread frosting:

1 pound confectioner's sugar #10
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 cup cocoa
6 tsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts
