Ingredients: 1 pound pylo 1 pound butter,melted In LARGE BOWL, MIX: 16 oz cream cheese, softened 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled 2 15 oz pkg Ricotta Cheese 6 medium eggs, or 4 large, beaten 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg salt and pepper to taste in pan 1 large onion, minced and sauteed in butter then add 1 pkg chopped frozen spinach, defrosted, and drained well cool down MIX WELL with the above cheese mixture..... Butter Pyrex square baking dish. Line dish with 12 layers of buttered phylo. carefully pour filling on top.. Add the rest of the buttered phylo on top. Place in freezer for about 30 minutes then remove and score into triangles ..cut thru only till you reach the spinach mixture.. Bake 300F to 325F for approximately one hour. When cooled down you can cut all the way thru, and serve.
