Serve hot over baked ham. Garnish with pecan halves, if desired. 1 cup raisins 1.5 cups water 1/3 cup brown sugar 1 1/2 Tbsps cornstarch 1 Tbsp Cider Vinegar 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp ground cloves 1/4 tsp dry mustard 1/4 tsp salt Boil raisins gently in water for 5 minutes In a bowl, combine sugar, cornstarch and spices. Whisk into liquid. Whisk in vinegar. Add water if the sauce is too thick. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
