Name: Filet of Sole with Shrimp Sauce Serves: 4 Category: Seafood Cuisine: Campbell's (c) Source: Tom&Anna Ingredients: DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 350F 4 Tbs butter -In saucepan, saute onions in butter 1/2 med. onion, minced -Add soup, sherry and pepper to Campbell's condensed Cream of taste. Stir well. Mushroom Soup -Simmer 5 minutes 1/4 pound shrimp, steamed, and cut -Add shrimp, stir and set aside into small pieces (steam shrimp -Salt and pepper filets, lightly in beer) -Bake filets in buttered baking dish 2 Tbs Dry Sherry (Good wine, not junk) for 15 minutes Juice of 1/2 lemon -Serve filets with sauce over 4 Sole Filets (one per person) with rice and a green veggie.
