Name: Tilapia Filets with Lime Serves: 4 Category: Seafood, Fish Cuisine: American Source: Mag Ingredients: 1 to 1 1/2 pounds Talapia Filets, about 1/2 inch thick 3 TBS Flour S&P 3 scallions, chopped 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 Cup white wine 1 TBS lime juice 1/2 TBS butter 1 TBS olive oil Rinse fish and pat dry. Dredge filets in flour and shake off excess. Salt and Pepper to taste Combine wine, garlic, lime juice and butter. Saute filets in olive oil over medium hi heat until golden. Remove fish and keep warm. Deglaze pan with wine mixture, stirring up browned bits. Reduce by 1/2. Add scallions and stir 10 seconds. Serve sauce over filets.
