Name: Oven Roasted Potatoes Serves: 6 Ingredients: 3 1/2 pounds of medium sized red potatoes, halved 1 medium onion, minced 1/4 cup Olive Oil 2 tsp Salt 1 Tbs dried Rosemary leaves Wash, dry and cut potatoes. Toss potatoes in onion, olive oil, salt and rosemary. Place in roasting pan in one layer. Roast 45 minutes at 350F, turning every 15 minutes to brown evenly.
