Name: Peas Extraordinaire Serves: 6 Category: Vegetable Cuisine: Source: Ravina Ingredients: 1 pound frozen, tiny peas, thawed 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon 8 oz drained, chopped water chestnuts 1/4 cup chopped onion 11 oz can Campbell's Cream of Celery Soup 1 cup seasoned poultry stuffing 1 Tbs melted butter 1/4 cup Sherry Spread peas in bottom of greased casserole. Combine bacon, water chestnuts onion and soup. Spoon mixture over peas. Sprinkle stuffing over mixture. Drizzle butter on top. Sprinkle sherry on top. Bake, uncovered at 350F for 30 minutes. To double recipe, repeat pea and soup layers. Add stuffing, butter and sherry to top only.
