Carrie still runs the very popular deli and gourmet shop in the Alexander Valley. Johnny gave us this one and the Olive Salad which you can order from the store. www.jimtownstore.com, (707)433-1252 Ingredients: Olive oil 2 # new potatoes 1 pint cherry tomatoes 1- 16 oz bag of frozen corn, thawed 2 tsp fresh tarragon leaves 2 tblsp lemon juice salt pepper Saute cut up seasoned (S&P)potatoes in a little oil until cooked. About 35 mins. Transfer to bowl. Saute tomatoes (S&P) in oil for 2 mins. Add corn and cook 2 mins. Transfer to bowl with potatoes. Mix lemon juice, S&P and 2 Tbls olive oil and pour over mixture. Toss and serve.
